Our programming is about much more than the daily workout. The daily workout is just the tip of the iceberg of what we do each day. The warm up is tailored to the workout. Each class has a warm up, mobility, skill transfer exercises and learning new tricks. We focus on adding new abilities to everyone's lives.
The daily workouts are varied, challenging and ever-evolving. No one workout defines our programming; the program is designed to be taken as a whole. Our members get the benefit of the accumulated experience of all of the workouts. It is our goal to improve every athlete's endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy through our programming.
