Our programming is about much more than the daily workout. The daily workout is just the tip of the iceberg of what we do each day. The warm up is tailored to the workout. Each class has a warm up, mobility, skill transfer exercises and learning new tricks. We focus on adding new abilities to everyone's lives. 


The daily workouts are varied, challenging and ever-evolving. No one workout defines our programming; the program is designed to be taken as a whole. Our members get the benefit of the accumulated experience of all of the workouts. It is our goal to improve every athlete's endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy through our programming.

So, what is the workout today?? Every day is different. We do not publish our workouts for the public, our members can view the workout on the private Ocho track on Beyond the Whiteboard. If you are curious about joining us, message or email and schedule your first workout.

Luis took on the extra challenge of wearing a weight vest for the CrossFit hero workout "Rene" which in eluded 105 pull ups and about 105 degrees outside.

Labor Day Weekend Schedule:

Friday: normal classes 5,a, 6a, 8a, 10a, noon, 4p, 5p and barbell at 6pm. 

Saturday: regular schedule 8a and 9:30a. 

Sunday: no classes

Monday: 8am ONLY

The 5am crew was at it again. Getting in the fitness before most people get out of bed. The Ocho has 43 classes every week to accommodate any schedule.

We're so impressed by Carmen's jumps from Monday, check out this still shot from the video we shot during the workout. That box is set at 20" and Carmen cleared it by a mile. Fitness for all at the Ocho. Carmen, at 67, works out 4-5 days a week and is always working on her mobility, strength and getting better everyday.

Today we will be working on the "chest to bar" pull up (either jumping or kipping). The C2B pull up requires a longer range of motion and thus, more work. It make regular pull ups feel like a walk in the park.

Usually we just fitness, but today we test. The workout today is a fitness level test under the "Light" conditioning category. We will rank ourselves among the 163k+ scores on BTWB.

Big Murph News!!!

On Monday May 27, 2019, we will be hosting our annual Murph workout at 8am, 9am and 10am. 

In addition, we are setting out to raise funds for Vets to be sponsor for CrossFit gym memberships through the Catch A Lift foundation. We are all set up as an organizer, all you have to do is click the link and donate. 

Our goal is to raise enough money to sponsor 2 vets' memberships or equipment packages. That is only $3,000. In addition to feeling great about donating to this great organization, if you donate $35 or more, they will send you a Catch A Lift t-shirt!!
