Time Caps? Are 30 Minute Workouts Against the “Rules”?
In this article from Tabata Times (HERE) Freddie Camacho, owner of CrossFit Fremont, formerly CrossFit One World, suggests that workouts over 30 minutes are not CrossFit enough.
Freddie opines: "LONG WORKOUTS DO NOTHING FOR YOU! All they do is train you to be slow."
The thought comes from the finding that intensity is the one variable that leads to results. It would seem that Freddie’s thinking is that any long workout lacks intensity and, thus, isn’t CrossFit anymore. But what about broad time and modal domains?
