Another First Muscle-Up!


Congrats to Bryan on his BIG day yesterday. After breaking 100lbs with his 3rep max hang power snatch and then crushing the workout, he hits his first muscle-up. Bryan originally came to us from El Camino High School to prepare for the upcoming track season and soccer season next fall. Keep it up!!! We are very excited for what is to come.
