As we wrapped up 2014 and make way for a new year, I'd like to say THANK YOU to all those who have helped make CrossFit Loco Ocho what it is today. The Ocho Nation is getting stronger and stronger every day and I can't be more excited to be a part of it.

What are your goals for 2015? What are the changes you're willing to make to raise the bar for this new year? Lets make it a great one. I'm expecting BIG things! And I can hardly wait.
