We will be hosting Friday Night Lights at 6pm and 16.1, the first workout of the 2016 CrossFit Games season, will be on the menu. We will be running heats to get everyone through the madness so come in and join the fun. TEAM OCHO NATION!

Also, we will be running 16.1 tomorrow, Saturday, at normal class times: 8am and 9:30. GOOD LUCK to all our Ocho Nation competing this year.
