Bookend Runs


Some of the aftermath of yesterday's 4pm class. Huge breakthroughs and great efforts from EVERYONE. I just wanted to give a special shout-out to everyone for helping to create such a motivating and positive atmosphere at the Ocho. There was a lot of good movement and hard work, and as a coach, it's always a pleasure to be here with the OchoNation. So thank you for being awesome.
