Starting this Friday, our 6pm Class is now a barbell class. Rather than the regular class, we will be focusing on the technique and efficiency of olympic lifting, i.e. snatch and clean & jerk. Each week, we will focus on specific skills and drills that will improve your lifting.

The purpose of the new class it for anyone that has interest in oly lifting to spend some extra time improving their lifts. Each class will have a warm up, mobility and lifts. The class is open to all Ocho members. This class is included in all unlimited memberships, if you are on a punch card, it is just another class.
