Let's go outside


The Ocho Art Dept is at it again. Tuesday's lesson was how to bring your hips to the bar in the snatch (top of the illustration). The middle set of stick persons show the kettle bell swing fault and the bottom set is the "knees to overhead" fault.

Great job to everyone yesterday getting better at these difficult movements.

Today, we are going outside.
