This is the 2013's Fittest Woman on Earth, Samantha Briggs, performing 30 Muscle Ups for time in 3:03. Before she found CrossFit, Sam was a triathlete with no gymnastics background, recently she has set two World Records for Indoor Rowing.

We are going to get a little Muscle up practice today.
