This is CrossFit CEO Greg Glassman's "Fitness in 100 words." Notice that in describing how to obtain fitness, the first words are what to eat. If you are looking to get better, feeling frustrated, or just wanting to make a change... start with your diet. Each time you sit down to eat simply recite "Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar," you'll be amazed at the difference it makes.
