The End is Near


Much speculation goes on every year about the Open workouts. this week is particularly interesting because we have seen 4 weeks of programming already. That leaves certain movements untouched. Will HQ leave out double unders and thrusters this year? Will they continue with the pattern of couplets in week 5? Are we going for time? Is there a curveball? Only time will tell.
