Standing Tall


Louis standing tall about to hit a PR 200# Squat Clean Double at Friday night's 6pm Ocho Barbell class. Friday at 6pm is our only specialty course and it focusses on the olympic weightlifting movements of snatch, clean & jerk. The class is designed to complement the Ocho's regular programming. Most folks workout earlier on Friday and then return for barbell at 6pm. So put it on your calendar and give it a try this week.
