10 Minute AMReps:

40 Dubs each round, then

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16...

DB Front Squat 45/30

DB Shoulder to overhead 45/30

Each round begins with 40 double unders, then the athlete picks up the DB for front squats and shoulder to overhead. First round 2 reps, second round 4 reps, third round 6 reps, increasing each round until time runs out.
