Over the next several weeks, we will be incorporating workouts/movements that fit within the 8 Beyond the Whiteboard fitness level tests. Once you have data within the 8 categories, BTWB will produce a fitness level on a scale from 1-99. Over time, the more data you accumulate, the more accurate the rating is.
