29 Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 125/88**
EMOTM: Run 150m
On the count of "3, 2, 1, go" athletes will race to complete 29 reps of a power snatch plus an overhead squat. At the top of the minute (starting at 1:00), all athletes will run 150m.
The workout ends upon successful lock out of the 29th OHS.
