Talkin' Bout Practice


Theres been a bit of chat around the Ocho Nation about the concepts of training vs. practice vs. competing and the various mindset that goes with each of those tasks. Today is a great opportunity to apply the concept of practice.

Every 30 seconds for 30 reps, the athlete completes 1 Squat Clean. It is important that the weight on the bar is heavy enough to provide feedback to the athlete. Going too light today will leave the athlete unsatisfied. The upper limit of the weight is the athlete's ability to maintain a quality movement.
