Great Lifting at Barbell Class AGAIN!!!


The #OchoArtDept got after it on Friday.

Every Friday Night at 6pm at the Ocho, something special happens. We focus on just one thing to get better at: the snatch, the clean or the jerk (ok, we do gymnastics sometimes, too.).

Last Friday's class focused on the Jerk. Great effort by all, it is awesome to see the Ocho Nation getting better at difficult skills.
