Everyone, Upside down!!!
Our Handstand Walk Workout from 2 weeks ago was a huge success and we heard a lot of folks loved it. Well, here we go. Today's workout is handstand walking for distance. We will have some awesome progressions for the folks that are still working on waking inverted. So excited to take on this challenge!!!!! (Oh, SKWATS, too).
