Cleaning Up


Milko really knows how to lift... he also knows how to celebrate. The lifts here are 336# Snatch and 400+# Clean and Jerk. In the "slo mo" portion, watch at the moment the barbell impacts his body that Milko's entire body travels straight up, taking the barbell with it. This gives him enough time to get underneath the bar.

We are going to try to lift more like Milko today.
