Glory Days Practice Again!

On November 18, we have some athletes headed up to CrossFit Anywhere to compete in the Glory Days Masters Competition. This is one of the events from that competition.

Glory Days "3 for 3"

3 minutes to do:

50 Airdyne Cal For time


3 min Max Bar Muscle Ups, or Chest to Bar Pull Ups or Regular Pull Ups

BMU= 6pts

C2B= 2pts

PU= 1pt

No break between events. If you finish Bike early, you rest.
