Foundational Movement Wednesday


Today we will be continuing our focus on CrossFit's 9 foundational movements with the presses. Since they are so closely related, we will be taking on the press, push press and push jerk all in one day. This heavy day promises to challenge each athlete today. We will get ready for some heavy overhead movements with some quality shoulder mobility first.
