Open Season Is Still Training Season


It is easy to get caught up in Open season, but it is important to keep an eye on the prize. The "prize" is long term health and fitness. Do your best to not allow the Open to distract you from keeping fitness and health a priority. The shot above is an example of a training log on BTWB that shows 5 fitness days before the Open, 4 the first week of the Open and 3 training days the second week of the Open.

We should all be getting fitter during the Open and the way we do that is the same as every week: show up and perform at least your best effort.
