Now Let's Go Heavy for "Nate"

Today continues our plan to add more data to our Beyond The Whiteboard fitness level score. Hero workout "Nate" was introduced the week after he was killed in 2012 and falls under the Heavy Conditioning category, so it is a bit of a tall order.

We know that not everyone will walk in with ring muscles ups and handstand push ups today. We have a great challenge for those that don't have those movements yet. This will be a great day for everyone that takes on the challenge.
