Over the next 3 days the Ocho is in Games Prep for Silvana. Today, one workout for the AM classes and another for the PM classes. On Saturday, same for 8/9:30. Sunday's workouts are at Ocho Endurance. Silvana is doing all 6 workouts. Let's go, OCHO NATION!
