It's Like Nate, Sorta.


 Here is a demo of the workout from 2011 with Games Athlete Michelle Kinney. It is fun to look back at how far everyone has come over the years. 

"Not Nate"

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

2 Muscle-ups

4 Handstand Push-ups 8

1 Deadlift 405/275

The Workout "Nate" has 8 heavy KB swings instead of the single heavy Deadlift each round, we think the number of rounds should be similar to classic Nate today.
