Every Minute On the Minute
^^^A snap of kids emmulating what their parents do, functional fitness with weightlifting, a monostructural cardiovascular movement and gymnastics.
Today's workout is presented as an "EMOM" or every minute on the minute. It is a combination of a weightlifting movement and simple, functional bodyweight movements. The challenge will be to complete the movements within a short enough period of time to get a breath and set up for the next minute. Each round is very short, but there are many rounds to challenge even the best athletes. Loads and reps will be modified so that everyone enjoys the same stimulus of the workout.
