It's just standing up

Squats are on the menu today. The video above shows improvement int he athlete from the initial air squat to the squat therapy position with the weights in her hands. Notice the difference in the angle of the chest between the two positions.

The workout today will have a bit of a buy in, then rounds for time with squats. The idea today to to start the squats a bit fatigued and to fight for the right positions throughout the rounds.
