 The Hang Power Snatch is performed by deadlifting the bar to the hips, then snatching the bar overhead without squatting. Here is Sage Burgener showing us how it's done. 

 

 

For max load:

 

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat 

 

Then

8 min AMRAP 

30 Double Unders 

7 Hang Power Snatch 95/65
