Let's Practice

 This weekend is the CrossFit Lift Off. The event is 1) max snatch, 2) max clean & jerk and 3) a workout. Today's workout is designed to give us all a chance to practice the snatch and clean & jerk. We are all trying to make it look more like Mattie Rogers.
