30 Minutes to complete 5 Attempts for a max weight of:

 

Clean

Front Squat

Shoulder to Overhead

Back Squat

Shoulder to Overhead.

x 7

 

The bar never leaves the hands and cannot rest on the ground during all 7 cycles over the body.
