Here's a workout that is likely to send at least one person into the orchard to pick some cherries!!! It is very important to not shy away from workouts that are difficult or involve a skill that you do not yet possess. The reason for this is that if you avoid your less favored movements, you will never get better at them.
As with everyday at the Ocho, we are going to be scaling this workout appropriately for each athlete that comes through the door. We are going to work on skill progressions that will get everyone one step closer to a bar muscle up or more efficient at the bar muscle up.
