 The first time we saw bar muscle ups in the Games, they were combined with a pool swim... at least you wont have wet hands on today's workout. 

 

"Chief" Style (5 Rounds AMRAP, 3 min work, 1 min Rest)

6 Push Ups

9 Air Squats
