 2015 Games Champ taking on some front squats (from the floor). 

 

EMOM 15min: 

2 Front Squats

8 Burpees

 

Cash Out: 75 Cal Bike or Row

 

Each minute, athletes will perform 2 front squats and 8 burpees. When the clock strikes 15:00, for time: 75 Cal on bike or rower.
