Get Ready for Glory Day's Competition

 On November 18, a number of our, a-hem... more seasoned athletes will be competing at CrossFit Anywhere's Glory Days Masters competition. The workouts have been announced, so we are going to practice a few of the movements in prep for the bid day. Today's lift is the floater workout. 

 

If you are 35 or older, click HERE to go sign up. the competition was fantastic last year with lots of fun and support. If you aren't quite old enough to compete, come on up and cheer on our geezers.. er, masters.

 

Glory Days Floater:

8 minutes to establish Max Hang Clean & Jerk

 

Then:

3 Rounds

8 Hang Power Clean 155/105
