A twist on a Classic

Most of us have completed or at least seen "Diane" (21-15-9 DL and HSPU). Today's challenge is a bit different. Instead of a fixed number of reps, you have a limited amount of time to do as much work as possible. There is no rest between movements. 


Time Priority "Diane" 
60 seconds of deadlifts, 225/155 

60 seconds of handstand push-ups

45 seconds of deadlifts, 225/155 

45 seconds of handstand push-ups

30 seconds of deadlifts, 225/155 

30 seconds of handstand push-ups
