The last couple weeks have been great with new PR's all over the place. Today is an example of a training day that will not likely produce a new PR, but will lead to one in the future. 

 

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 (All sets with the same Load)

12 Dumbbell Snatch 70/45

100' Heavy Bag Carry 185/135
