A Triplet

Our athletes got some well deserved rest between sets during last weeks 5x5 back squats. The Ocho Nation performed over 1,800 amazing back squats that day. 


After testing the weightlifting movements, today's workout is a triplet with higher complexity weightlifting and a more basic gymnastics movement. The workout is task priority so it is "for time." The intent of the workout is to challenge midline stability and gain strength.
