The Dumbbell

CrossFit Founder, Coach Glassman talks about some of the benefit of using dumbbells in our training vs. a barbell. The independent, frictionless movement of the dumbbells helps us gain even more strength.  


Today's workout involves the ever challenging dumbbell. It's a longer time domain and we get to enjoy the outdoors a bit.
